INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—Kelley School of Business Indianapolis alumna Katie Culp will be a featured panelist in the Indianapolis Business Journal Power Breakfast Series September 13th. The 2004 MBA alumna is the Senior Managing Director, Principal at Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services.
A former member of the Kelley Women’s MBA Alumni Advisory Board, Culp will join five other panelists at the latest Breakfast Series event, “Commercial Real Estate & Construction.” The panel will discuss recent initiatives such as the city’s zoning overhaul, development opportunities, housing market issues and the impact the state’s new right-to-work legislation could have on the local construction industry.
Culp has 15 years of experience in economic development, in both private and public sectors. She performs local analysis and economic incentives procurement for corporate clients on a national basis. Since she began work at Cassidy Turley in 2005, Culp has negotiated $115 million in incentives for over 8 million square feet of office and industrial space. Prior to her work at Cassidy Turley, Culp served as the Director of the Indianapolis Economic Development, The Indy Partnership.
The Breakfast Series event begins at 7:45 a.m. September 13th at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis.
