Indiana University’s Kelley Executive Education Programs (KEEP), a leader in professional development courses, will release a complete series of AI leadership courses in 2026.
The short, practical courses focus on applying artificial intelligence to key business areas such as finance, negotiation, and operations. They are designed for mid- to senior-level managers.
“AI is changing how organizations operate, but leadership remains a profoundly human skill,” said Carolyn Goerner, faculty chair of Kelley Executive Education Programs and clinical professor of management. “This series helps leaders use AI responsibly and effectively—without losing sight of the values, judgment, and empathy that define great management.”
Classes will begin to rollout in early 2026, with additional offerings released throughout the year. On December 9, Ray Luther, clinical assistant professor of management and entrepreneurship, director of the MBA Leadership Academy, and executive director of Partnership for Coaching Excellence and Personal Leadership, will host a webinar with Goerner about the new series.

- Strategy for Executives
- Accounting
- Negotiation
- Leading Change
- Critical Thinking
- Self-Leadership
- Finance
- Project Management
- Managing People
- Marketing and Influence
Participants have the option to take a single course but are encouraged to complete the full series. Upon completion of four courses, students earn a professional certificate.
Each course lasts four weeks and is designed for professionals seeking measurable results in the AI space. The format includes:
- Week 1: Asynchronous, online introduction to the course, including short pre-reading assignments and an overview of GenAI
- Week 2: Hands-on practice and peer discussion, one day, in person (Indianapolis)
- Week 3: Use case clinic: Two and a half hour, live online course (real use cases and quick wins)
- Week 4: Create and submit an Action Learning Project tailored to your organization
The Leading with AI series will help leaders sharpen their AI skills and guide their organizations in using AI effectively. Participants leave with practical tools for daily business challenges and a customized Action Learning Project that applies directly to their company’s needs.
