The Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence at Indiana University introduces the 20th class of Tobias Fellows, an exclusive cohort designed to enhance the leadership skills of high-talent, experienced leaders.
“The 2025 Fellows are accomplished leaders committed to refining their leadership knowledge and skills,” said Julie Manning Magid, executive and academic director of the Tobias Leadership Center and vice dean of the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. “Their experiences during this transformative journey will drive innovation and strategic insights that benefit their organizations and communities.”
During the year-long program, Fellows receive individual coaching and meet at 11 leadership retreats for innovative experiential programming designed to develop six key leadership competencies and offer unique insights to address the complex issues facing executive-level leaders. The program provides intensive study in leadership, bringing theory into practice and developing actionable skills. The ability to interact with other executives from public, private, nonprofit, and academic sectors with experience in civic and organizational leadership is the unique niche of the Tobias Fellows Program.
