INDIANAPOLIS — The Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence at Indiana University today announces the 19th class of Tobias Fellows, an exclusive cohort designed to enhance the leadership skills of high-talent, experienced leaders.
“We welcome the 2024 Tobias Fellows,” said Julie Manning Magid, executive and academic director of the Tobias Leadership Center and vice dean of the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. “This year’s cohort is comprised of seasoned leaders committed to refining their craft. As they embark on this transformative journey, they will discover new leadership practices, inspire innovation and forge connections that will shape their future and the future of their organizations and communities.”
Throughout the year-long program, Fellows receive individual coaching and meet for 10 leadership retreats of innovative, experiential programming designed to develop six key competencies: mindset, vision, perspectives, collaboration, communication and self-awareness. These will provide unique insights to address the complex issues facing executive-level leaders today.
The program provides intensive study in leadership, bringing theory into practice and actionable skills. The ability to interact with other executives from public, private, nonprofit and academic sectors with experience in civic and organizational leadership is the unique component of the Tobias Fellows Program.
