Kelley School of Business Physician MBA faculty and alumni offering strategies, tools for healthcare workers
Physicians and Kelley School of Business faculty are teaming up to offer a free webinar series to help guide healthcare professionals through the COVID-19 crisis.
The series will offer expertise from Kelley School faculty who teach in the physician-only MBA program and from Physician MBA alumni who are managing the pandemic. Topics include leading through crisis, strategies and tools for care team collaboration and communication, process improvement and economic modeling to prepare for healthcare in the future.
“We know healthcare professionals are on the front lines right now with COVID-19, making difficult, life-or-death decisions every day,” said Susannah Gawor, Business of Medicine Physician MBA program director. “For that, we are incredibly grateful. We hope this webinar series offers guidance to any healthcare worker and physicians in leadership positions. The series is truly an opportunity to share best practices among like-minded individuals.”
The series is free and open to the public. The next webinar, entitled How the “Six Domains of Leadership” Model Can Help You Lead Yourself Through Challenging Times,” is set for Thursday, April 30th at 8:00 PM EDT. This webinar will be presented by Ray Luther, Executive Coach and Senior Lecturer in Management and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business.
The following webinar is set for Wednesday, May 6th at 7:00 PM EDT. It will focus on three COVID-19 scenarios for your organization’s supply chain strategy, with Associate Professor of Operations Management Mark Frohlich.
